Description

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 skewers
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  4. Grill skewers over medium-high heat for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. In another bowl, mix yogurt, cucumber, dill, lemon juice, and salt for tzatziki.
  6. Serve chicken skewers with tzatziki sauce.
