Grilled chicken skewers marinated in Greek spices served with a creamy tzatziki sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 skewers
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers over medium-high heat for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
- In another bowl, mix yogurt, cucumber, dill, lemon juice, and salt for tzatziki.
- Serve chicken skewers with tzatziki sauce.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling.
- Adjust seasoning based on your taste.
- Serve with pita bread and salad for a complete meal.
