Description

A delicious Greek chicken wrap filled with fresh spinach, olives, and feta cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the chicken, spinach, feta, olives, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
  3. Spoon the mixture evenly onto each tortilla.
  4. Wrap the tortillas tightly to enclose the filling.
