Grilled chicken gyro tacos served with a refreshing mint yogurt sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 small tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the chicken over medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it into strips.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, mint, and lemon juice to make the sauce.
- Warm the tortillas on the grill for 1 minute.
- Assemble the tacos by placing chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and mint yogurt sauce on each tortilla.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the seasoning based on your taste.
- Use Greek yogurt for a thicker sauce.
- Add more vegetables as desired.
