Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  3. If using, add smoked paprika and mix well.
  4. Shape the mixture into small patties or meatballs.
  5. Place the patties/meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through.
  7. Check that internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
