A simple and healthy recipe for cooking ground chicken in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional: 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- If using, add smoked paprika and mix well.
- Shape the mixture into small patties or meatballs.
- Place the patties/meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through.
- Check that internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
