Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well to coat the chicken.
  4. Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. Warm pita bread on the grill for 1 minute.
  6. Assemble the gyro by placing grilled chicken in pita.
  7. Add lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and tzatziki sauce.
  8. Wrap and serve immediately.
