Description

Ham and cheese Hawaiian roll sliders are easy-to-make sandwiches perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 12 slices of ham
  • 12 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, and garlic powder.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half without separating them.
  4. Place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  5. Add a slice of ham and a slice of cheese to each roll.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls on.
  7. Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

  • Feel free to substitute turkey or chicken for ham.
  • Use different types of cheese for variety.
