- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup broccoli florets

Instructions
- Rice the cauliflower using a food processor or box grater.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add bell peppers and broccoli, sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add riced cauliflower, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
