Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the chickpeas using a fork or a potato masher.
  3. Add the breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Form the mixture into patties.
  5. Brush both sides of the patties with olive oil.
  6. Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
