Ingredients

- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mash the chickpeas using a fork or a potato masher.
- Add the breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Brush both sides of the patties with olive oil.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
