A simple recipe for healthy air fryer spaghetti squash.
Ingredients

- 1 medium spaghetti squash
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- Brush the inside with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Place the squash halves in the air fryer basket, cut side down.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes until tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly.
- Use a fork to scrape out the spaghetti-like strands.
- Serve with your favorite sauce or toppings.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of the squash.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
