Ingredients

  • 1 medium spaghetti squash
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  3. Brush the inside with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Place the squash halves in the air fryer basket, cut side down.
  5. Cook for 25-30 minutes until tender.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly.
  7. Use a fork to scrape out the spaghetti-like strands.
  8. Serve with your favorite sauce or toppings.
