Ingredients

- 1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tofu into cubes and marinate with soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the marinated tofu to the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- While tofu is cooking, prepare the vegetables.
- After 10 minutes, add the chopped bell pepper, zucchini, and broccoli to the air fryer.
- Cook for another 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired crispiness and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- You can use any vegetables of your choice.
- For extra flavor, add spices like paprika or chili powder.
