Description

Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes and marinate with soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the marinated tofu to the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. While tofu is cooking, prepare the vegetables.
  5. After 10 minutes, add the chopped bell pepper, zucchini, and broccoli to the air fryer.
  6. Cook for another 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Check for desired crispiness and serve hot.
