- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine all vegetables.
- Add olive oil, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Place the mixture in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove and serve hot.
