Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the zucchinis into fry shapes.
  3. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  5. Dip each zucchini fry into the eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Arrange the coated fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
