Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups gnocchi
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Stir in spinach and cherry tomatoes.
- Add gnocchi and Italian seasoning, cook until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
