Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet.
- Brush sweet chili sauce over salmon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a bowl, layer brown rice, steamed broccoli, and sliced carrots.
- Top with baked salmon and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
