Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
- Add yogurt and warm water. Knead to form a soft dough.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into small balls.
- Roll each ball into a flat oval shape.
- Sprinkle minced garlic and cilantro on top.
- Cook on a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Brush with melted butter before serving.
Notes
- Use warm water to activate the yeast better.
- Adjust garlic quantity according to your taste.
- Serve with curry or yogurt dip.
