A quick and flavorful honey garlic chicken stir-fry that’s easy to make.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Mix honey and soy sauce, then add to the pan.
- Add bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas.
- Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
