Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add chicken pieces and brown on all sides.
- Stir in paprika, bell pepper, and tomatoes.
- Add chicken broth, season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Stir in sour cream before serving.
Notes
- Serve with dumplings or egg noodles.
- You can adjust the amount of paprika to taste.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
