Ingredients

- 1 pound boneless chicken fillets
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
Instructions
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and melt butter.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir well.
- Add fettuccine on top without stirring.
- Close the lid and set to manual high pressure for 8 minutes.
- Once done, quick release the pressure.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
