Creamy and flavorful Instant Pot Alfredo Chicken.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound boneless chicken fillets
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta

Instructions

  1. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and melt butter.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir well.
  5. Add fettuccine on top without stirring.
  6. Close the lid and set to manual high pressure for 8 minutes.
  7. Once done, quick release the pressure.
  8. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.

Notes

  • Adjust seasoning to your taste.
  • Use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
