- 4 chicken quarters
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Season chicken quarters with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Turn on the instant pot and select the sauté function.
- Add olive oil and brown the chicken quarters on both sides.
- Remove the chicken and add chicken broth to the pot.
- Place the chicken back in the pot and seal the lid.
- Select the manual setting and cook for 15 minutes.
- Allow natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
- You can add vegetables to the pot if desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
