Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Season chicken quarters with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Turn on the instant pot and select the sauté function.
  3. Add olive oil and brown the chicken quarters on both sides.
  4. Remove the chicken and add chicken broth to the pot.
  5. Place the chicken back in the pot and seal the lid.
  6. Select the manual setting and cook for 15 minutes.
  7. Allow natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  8. Serve hot.
