Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken fillet
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté and heat olive oil.
- Add the chicken and brown on both sides.
- Remove chicken and add vegetable broth to deglaze the pot.
- Return the chicken to the pot and seal the lid.
- Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Shred the chicken and serve.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Use chicken thighs for more flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
