Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken fillet
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Set the Instant Pot to sauté and heat olive oil.
  3. Add the chicken and brown on both sides.
  4. Remove chicken and add vegetable broth to deglaze the pot.
  5. Return the chicken to the pot and seal the lid.
  6. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  7. Let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  8. Shred the chicken and serve.
