Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken piece into the beaten eggs, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken nuggets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the nuggets.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
