- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the chicken on both sides.
- Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce.
- Transfer everything to a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
