A simple and flavorful Korean chicken rice bowl recipe.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 pound chicken fillet, diced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and gochujang.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken to the pan and cook until browned.
- Add broccoli and carrot to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Add sauce mixture to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve chicken and vegetables over rice.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
- Use any vegetables you prefer.
