Description

A simple and flavorful Korean chicken rice bowl recipe.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 pound chicken fillet, diced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and gochujang.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add diced chicken to the pan and cook until browned.
  5. Add broccoli and carrot to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Add sauce mixture to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve chicken and vegetables over rice.
  8. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
  • Use any vegetables you prefer.
