A fresh and healthy lettuce wrap filled with chicken salad.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 head of lettuce, leaves separated
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, celery, grapes, and almonds.
- Add Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are coated.
- Take a lettuce leaf and spoon chicken salad onto it.
- Wrap the lettuce around the filling and serve.
