- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken fillet in flour, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
