Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup hummus
- 4 pita pockets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and olives.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the mixture. Add oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Cut the pita pockets in half and gently open them.
- Spoon the chicken mixture into each pita pocket.
- Spread hummus inside the pita for extra flavor.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
