  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 4 pita pockets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and olives.
  2. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the mixture. Add oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Cut the pita pockets in half and gently open them.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture into each pita pocket.
  5. Spread hummus inside the pita for extra flavor.
