- 2 chicken fillets, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons shawarma spice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup tahini sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, shawarma spice, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Add chicken to the bowl and coat well with the spice mixture.
- Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Warm the pita breads on the grill for 1 minute.
- Assemble the wraps by placing chicken, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber on each pita.
- Drizzle tahini sauce over the filling.
- Wrap the pita around the filling and serve.
Notes
- Marinate chicken for a few hours for more flavor.
- Serve with your favorite hot sauce for extra spice.
