  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup tahini sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, shawarma spice, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
  3. Add chicken to the bowl and coat well with the spice mixture.
  4. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  5. Warm the pita breads on the grill for 1 minute.
  6. Assemble the wraps by placing chicken, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber on each pita.
  7. Drizzle tahini sauce over the filling.
  8. Wrap the pita around the filling and serve.
