- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush with the mixture.
- Scatter cherry tomatoes and olives around the salmon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.

- Garnish with fresh parsley.
