  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush with the mixture.
  4. Scatter cherry tomatoes and olives around the salmon.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.

  7. Garnish with fresh parsley.
