Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 cup potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Press the sauté button on the Ninja Foodi.
  2. Add onions and carrots. Cook until soft.
  3. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Stir in peas and potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle flour and seasonings over mixture. Stir well.
  6. Add chicken broth and milk. Mix thoroughly.
  7. Close the lid and set to pressure cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Release pressure and open the lid.
  9. Place pie crust over the mixture in the pot.
  10. Select the bake setting and cook for 15 minutes.
