Description
A comforting chicken pot pie made in a Ninja Foodi.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup potatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
Instructions
- Press the sauté button on the Ninja Foodi.
- Add onions and carrots. Cook until soft.
- Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Stir in peas and potatoes.
- Sprinkle flour and seasonings over mixture. Stir well.
- Add chicken broth and milk. Mix thoroughly.
- Close the lid and set to pressure cook for 5 minutes.
- Release pressure and open the lid.
- Place pie crust over the mixture in the pot.
- Select the bake setting and cook for 15 minutes.
Notes
- Use leftover chicken for quicker preparation.
- Customize vegetables according to your preference.
- Ensure the pie crust covers the filling completely.
