Description
A tasty dish combining orange chicken with fried rice.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Pour the orange sauce over the chicken and cook until thickened.
- In another pan, stir-fry mixed vegetables.
- Add cooked rice to the vegetables and mix well.
- Serve chicken over fried rice and garnish with green onions.
Notes
- Use fresh orange juice for better flavor.
- Add chili flakes for spice.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
