- 1 lb chicken fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 green onion, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir well.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with green onion before serving.
