- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and baking powder.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- Dredge the wings in the flour mixture until evenly coated.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the vegetable oil over the wings.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
