Delicious pineapple-teriyaki chicken wings with a sweet and savory glaze.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Place chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove wings from marinade and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes, turning halfway through.
- In a small pot, heat the remaining marinade and add cornstarch to thicken it.
- Once wings are done, brush the thickened sauce over them and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the wings for 2-3 minutes after baking.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
