A quick and easy pressure cooker recipe for honey garlic chicken.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Add chicken to the pressure cooker.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the chicken.
- Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Release pressure and remove chicken.
- Mix cornstarch and water, then add to the sauce in the cooker.
- Cook on sauté until thickened.
- Return chicken to the sauce and coat well.
- Serve warm.

- Adjust honey for sweetness.
- Use chicken breast if preferred.
- Serve with rice or vegetables.
