Description

A quick and easy pressure cooker recipe for honey garlic chicken.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Add chicken to the pressure cooker.
  4. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the chicken.
  5. Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  6. Release pressure and remove chicken.
  7. Mix cornstarch and water, then add to the sauce in the cooker.
  8. Cook on sauté until thickened.
  9. Return chicken to the sauce and coat well.
  10. Serve warm.

  • Use chicken breast if preferred.
