- 1 cup milk

- 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, milk, sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and spices.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Best served chilled.
