Instructions
- Shred the rotisserie chicken, discarding the skin and bones.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, rice, cheese, salsa, black beans, olive oil, garlic powder, and cumin.
- Mix well until combined.
- Transfer to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until heated through.
