Ranch chicken tacos made in an Instant Pot.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds chicken breast
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in the Instant Pot.
- Add chicken fillets and ranch seasoning. Stir to coat.
- Pour in chicken broth.
- Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
- Release the pressure and shred the chicken.
- Serve in taco shells with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use pre-cooked chicken for quicker preparation.
- Try adding avocado for extra flavor.
