Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place the vegetable mixture in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired tenderness and serve hot.
