Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked rice, broccoli, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute broccoli with other vegetables.
