- 8 corn tortillas

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, salsa verde, cumin, and salt.
- Soften corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
- Place rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
- Top with remaining salsa verde and cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with sour cream and cilantro before serving.
