Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture gently.
- Gradually add the salted caramel sauce and fold until well combined.
- Transfer the mousse into serving dishes and chill for at least 2 hours.
Notes
- Serve with additional salted caramel sauce on top.
- Garnish with whipped cream or chocolate shavings.
