Description

A delicious seafood lasagna layered with pasta, creamy sauce, and a mix of seafood.


Ingredients

  • Lasagna noodles – 9 sheets
  • Mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and crab) – 2 cups
  • Ricotta cheese – 15 oz
  • Mozzarella cheese – 2 cups, shredded
  • Parmesan cheese – 1 cup, grated
  • Heavy cream – 2 cups
  • Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
  • Spinach – 2 cups, fresh
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste
  • Italian seasoning – 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add mixed seafood and spinach, cooking until seafood is opaque.
  5. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  6. In a baking dish, layer noodles, seafood mixture, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella.
  7. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella and parmesan on top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
