Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix shake and bake coating with garlic powder and paprika.
- Coat chicken thighs with olive oil.
- Dip chicken in the coating mix until fully covered.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Notes
- For extra crunch, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
