  • 1 pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a skillet, cook chicken until browned.
  3. Add onion, carrots, and potatoes. Cook until tender.
  4. Stir in peas, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well.
  6. Add chicken broth and milk. Stir until thickened.
  7. Roll out the pie crust and place it over the mixture.
  8. Cut slits in the crust for steam to escape.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
