- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a skillet, cook chicken until browned.
- Add onion, carrots, and potatoes. Cook until tender.
- Stir in peas, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well.
- Add chicken broth and milk. Stir until thickened.
- Roll out the pie crust and place it over the mixture.
- Cut slits in the crust for steam to escape.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

- Use leftover chicken for a quicker prep.
- Add herbs for more flavor.
