Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 cups rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a skillet, brown chicken thighs on both sides.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth.
- Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Serve chicken over rice with sauce.
