  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat chicken fillets with the spice mixture.
  4. Grill chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  5. Let chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.
  6. In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, and lemon juice to make the aioli.
  7. Warm pita bread on the grill or in a pan.
  8. Assemble gyros by placing chicken, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber in pita.
  9. Drizzle with garlic aioli and serve immediately.
