Ingredients

- 2 chicken fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken fillets with the spice mixture.
- Grill chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Let chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.
- In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, and lemon juice to make the aioli.
- Warm pita bread on the grill or in a pan.
- Assemble gyros by placing chicken, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber in pita.
- Drizzle with garlic aioli and serve immediately.
