Ingredients

- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, ginger, and lime juice.
- Add chicken and coat well with the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
