Description

Ingredients

  • 500g minced beef
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add ginger and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add minced beef, cook until browned.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and brown sugar.
  5. Mix cornstarch with water, add to the pan.
  6. Cook until sauce thickens.
  7. Garnish with green onions and serve.
