A delicious dish featuring minced beef cooked with sticky ginger sauce.
Ingredients

- 500g minced beef
- 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ginger and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add minced beef, cook until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce and brown sugar.
- Mix cornstarch with water, add to the pan.
- Cook until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with green onions and serve.
Notes
- Adjust sugar for desired sweetness.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
