- 1 lb chicken fillet, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for 1 minute.
- Add sliced chicken to the pan. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir well.
- Pour soy sauce over the mixture. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
