A simple and delicious recipe for stuffed chicken cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken fillets
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the cheese mixture.
- Brush the outside of the chicken fillets with olive oil.
- Place stuffed chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
